Dr. Collins and the whole staff at Providence Orthodontics are some of the kindest, most professional, patient centered, and good humored providers/care team I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend them... highly enough.Here’s why: I had a functional bite issue which required oral surgery with pre- and post-operative orthodontia. My dentist sent me to visit a few orthodontists for consults, telling me I would probably need surgery to resolve my bite issue, and that it would only get worse if I waited. Hands down, working with Dr. Collins was a no-brainer. She was incredible— after she examined my teeth, she explained what was going on with my bite, why it likely was the way it was, and what it would likely take to repair. She explained every step of my orthodontic plan, leading up to and following surgery, all the while closely collaborating with my oral surgeon to be sure everything was lined up and ready to go (pun intended). The practice was upfront and transparent with pricing. While Providence Orthodontics was competitive with pricing, it was not the lowest quote I was given. And. As I said above, the choice was a no-brainer. The professionalism, thoroughness, thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and attention the unique needs of each patient by Dr. Collins (and all of her staff) is unparalleled and left me with the utmost confidence in her skills and abilities. Every time I go for a visit I am greeted warmly by every staff member in the practice, all of whom know my name, my story, and even where I just went for vacation. Everyone in the practice operates with respect and a good sense of humor. Once we were underway with the teeth moving, Dr. Collins had me in and out of braces faster than estimated and with truly incredible results. With each appointment, I am only reassured I made the right call in choosing Providence Orthodontics.
