Five stars isn’t enough when discussing Providence Orthodontics. As an older patient (63) I was apprehensive about the whole braces experience but they have made this journey so easy.They are flexible with my appointments as we live some of the time in Florida. They staff is really fun and really like each other. It is a relaxing, fun environment for patients of all ages.I am not done yet but will miss this crew when the braces come off. Thank you Providence Orthodontics! You are awesome!

Our daughter has been a patient at Providence Orthodontics for about a year and a half, and we’ve loved every step of the way. Every appointment is very easy-going - from the welcoming staff, to the braces being a comfortable and non-stressful event, to a simple visit to get more elastics. I have been a patient at Providence Orthodontics since July 2022. They have always been responsive, fair, and accommodating and I have never felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously. I appreciated that I could spread out payments for my Invisalign over the course of a year w/out interest and that the comprehensive plan covers all necessary visits, trays, and retainers without exception. The staff and doctor are all very friendly and highly competent. While I can't say how they compare on price to other orthodontist offices in the area, I do believe you get what you pay for and for what I paid I think I got a great deal.PS I was referred by my dentist, Dr. Pochebit, who works just one floor below them, so the building is my one-stop shop for teeth! 😀

Dr. Collins say my brother for invisalign, and he had great results, so I went to see her. She was really thorough and gave me options to straighten my teeth. when i'm ready I will definitely be going to her.

Providence Orthodontics has been fantastic from day one! They provided free consultations for our child years before treatment was needed, monitoring his progress until the time was right for braces and a palate expander. The rockstar team makes every visit enjoyable, and we're impressed with their care, attention to detail, and state-of-the-art technology. The convenient location on the East Side and ample parking are big pluses. Highly recommend Dr Collins and the entire Providence Orthodontic team for top-notch orthodontic care.

Dr. Collins and the whole staff at Providence Orthodontics are some of the kindest, most professional, patient centered, and good humored providers/care team I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Here’s why: I had a functional bite issue which required oral surgery with pre- and post-operative orthodontia. My dentist sent me to visit a few orthodontists for consults, telling me I would probably need surgery to resolve my bite issue, and that it would only get worse if I waited. Hands down, working with Dr. Collins was a no-brainer. She was incredible— after she examined my teeth, she explained what was going on with my bite, why it likely was the way it was, and what it would likely take to repair. She explained every step of my orthodontic plan, leading up to and following surgery, all the while closely collaborating with my oral surgeon to be sure everything was lined up and ready to go (pun intended). The practice was upfront and transparent with pricing. While Providence Orthodontics was competitive with pricing, it was not the lowest quote I was given. And. As I said above, the choice was a no-brainer. The professionalism, thoroughness, thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and attention the unique needs of each patient by Dr. Collins (and all of her staff) is unparalleled and left me with the utmost confidence in her skills and abilities. Every time I go for a visit I am greeted warmly by every staff member in the practice, all of whom know my name, my story, and even where I just went for vacation. Everyone in the practice operates with respect and a good sense of humor. Once we were underway with the teeth moving, Dr. Collins had me in and out of braces faster than estimated and with truly incredible results. With each appointment, I am only reassured I made the right call in choosing Providence Orthodontics. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing.Also, their Spotify playlist is off the hook.

I don't think this review alone will encompass how great Dr. Collins and her team have been during my whole experience here (shout out to Anne for being there at almost every one of my appointments and being amazing). I am a double jaw surgery patient and with all the trials and tribulations to try and schedule with MGH, they have been so supportive the whole time. They made me feel comfortable before and after the surgery. Dr. Collins has a special way of connecting with all of her patients and with so much excitement. Truly a great place to get any orthodontic needs done, with a lot of great conversation on the side.

We have been coming here for years. They have been great at every appointment. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. Pricing is transparent and they have worked with us to help get our insurance benefits. While my children are not yet out of braces, so I can’t comment on the “finished product”, we have thus far been very pleased with the quality of care, ease of appointments, and facility itself.

Our family has come to this office for our orthodontic needs for over 30 years. My in-laws, cousins, wife, son, and myself have all had our braces here. Even with the recent transition from Dr. Sack’s retirement to the new ownership as Providence Orthodontics, the office and staff has not missed a beat. Somehow, magically, Providence Orthodontics makes the whole shebang of getting braces a truly positive experience. Our initial appointment with Dr. Collins was great; she was honest, patient, listened, and gave us her ideas of how best to help our son.The staff go above and beyond to make the whole family feel welcome. It is a pleasure to walk into the office, and I am also talking for my son, who is the one being treated.Sure, there are times where the braces may cause some discomfort—hell, the teeth in one’s mouth are being moved (maybe at a snail’s pace, but moving, nonetheless)—but my family can count on the staff being there to help us figure out a way to alleviate the discomfort.We are not done with the process of treating my son, but it is obviously going in the right direction. The completion of his treatment will be bittersweet, since we will miss the warmth, kindness, and knowledge of everyone at Providence Orthopedics.
